Copyright

All the images on this website and on my social media accounts are copyright of Glavind Strachan Photography (Paul Harris) and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

For anyone who has booked me to take photographs for them, or has bought the digital rights to any of my images, the terms of usage will have been outlined in your contract.

For commercial usage, your terms of use and reproduction will be agreed at booking.

If we have worked together as a collaboration, or for what is essentially a TFP (Trade For Print) session, I would expect a credit whenever any images are used … I'm a fair person and understand that this is not always possible, but frankly not doing so is rude and has been the cause of me no longer doing many favours for people!

***If you insist on using my images without asking permission or profit from them without offering compensation you agree to forgo any rights you have to anonymity and consent to being ruthlessly besmirched on any Social Media platform. Shaming will continue until a full apology is forthcoming or vast quantities of cash are handed over. Both would be appreciated in order to make recompense for your dishonour.
